There is a formula for power coefficient, as a function of tip speed ratio and pitch angle, is appeared in papers as below:
I need a similar formula for thrust coefficient as a function of tip speed ratio and pitch angle. Please let me know if there is a such relation.

I'm not aware of the source of this formula, but it appears to apply only to a specific turbine, not generally applicable to other wind turbines (or at lease the constants C_1...C_6 will be turbine-dependent). I would have no idea if a similar formula exists for the Ct for the same turbine.
However, for a given rotor, you can use a tool like the standalone driver for AeroDyn v15 (https://nwtc.nrel.gov/AeroDyn) to compute the aerodynamic power (Cp) and thrust coefficients (Ct) as a function of blade-pitch angle and tip-speed ratio.
