Dear Wondmagegn, The .fst file references input files for various modules. It looks like you moved the .fst file without also moving the module input files, which for Test19 are in the 5MW_Baseline subdirectory of the CertTest directory. All file paths must be specified correctly in the input files...

While doing airfoil analysis on Xfoil, should i consider the Mach values for the Reynolds number range of 30,000 to 100,000. for small wind turbine applications

Hi, Why should we know the airfoil cl, cd values beyond the stall angle for fixed pitch stall regulated wind turbines. Fact i understood is it is working for various Reynolds number , hence the AOA differ from the optimum. But what is the range of AOA should be consider for airfoil analysis. Thank you

Dear Marshall, Low Re airfoils laminar flow separation bubble produces at the trailing edge or away near the trailing edge. if the turbulence produce at the middle of the airfoil , what will the effect of lift and drag values? In which flow region (laminar, turbulence) pressure values are very low.
