We hope to create AeroDyn-compatible input files for all the airfoils. This project is currently awaiting funding.
Meanwhile, what we do have is mostly predictions generated by the Eppler code. The Eppler files generally have an "E" after the airfoil name (e.g., S809E.txt). We have wind-tunnel data (NASA-Langley, Delft) for only a few airfoils. The data is usually grouped into smooth or rough conditions with multiple Re values. The four columns in the tables are angle of attack, lift coefficient, drag coefficient, and pitching-moment coefficient.
Questions about this data should be directed to Patrick Moriarty.
You can browse the files in http://wind.nrel.gov/airfoils/Coefficients/.
