are the public validation reports that 3TIER
produced for the western wind resources dataset. These reports compare the
3TIER mesomodel output to actual wind measurements.
Annual averages, monthly and diurnal profiles, monthly and daily
correlations, wind speed distributions, and wind roses are compared. Northwestern
