Data file naming convention. All data is in ascii text format. File names include the following: Flap name: bl-Base line, sf-Spoiler Flap, ua-Unvented Aileron, va-Vented Aileron Reynolds number designation: 1-1 million, 2-2 million Clean or leading edge grit roughness designation: cl-Clean, g-leading edge grit roughness applied Flap Deflection: for example 10-10 deg example: ua2cl_10.txt - Unvented Aileron, Re=2 million, clean, flap angle=-10 DATA FORMAT: The files are mostly self explanatory. Each file includes multiple angles of attack where for each case the following are provided: Run conditions Total (includes main and flap element) integrated coefficient data (Note that the Cs located here is calculated using Cdp as Cdw was unavailable for Cs calculation during data reduction.) Component integrated data for the Main element Component integrated data for the Flap element Surface pressure coefficient values: x, y, Cp Lastly wake drag if it is available for that run condition. Then data for the next angle of attack is printed in the same format.
